John to the seven congregations that are in the
[district of] Asia:
May YOU have undeserved kindness and peace from.
. .
“The One who is and who was and who is coming,”
and from the seven spirits that are before his throne,
5)
and from Jesus Christ, “the Faithful Witness,”
“The firstborn from the dead,”
and
“The Ruler of the kings of the earth.”
To him (meaning
Jesus Christ) that loves us and that loosed us from our sins
by means of his own blood—
6)
and he made us to be a kingdom, priests to his
God and Father—
yes, to him be the glory and the might forever.
Amen.

Look! He is coming with the clouds, and every
eye will see him, and those who pierced him;
and all the tribes of the earth will beat themselves

And I turned to see the voice that was speaking
with me, and, having turned, I saw seven golden lampstands,

And let anyone thirsting come; let

“I am bearing witness to everyone that hears the
words of the prophecy of this scroll:
If anyone makes an addition to these things,
God will add to him the plagues that are written in this scroll;
Revealtion 22:19)
and if anyone takes anything away from the words
of the scroll of this prophecy, God will take his portion away from the
trees of life and out of the holy city, things which are written about
in this scroll.
